Delivery is available to UK locations on orders over £10

We post nationwide via Royal Mail. Larger orders are sent out by Parcelforce.

Please note that unfortunately we do not take responsibility for postal damage. This includes any chocolate products that may melt in excessive heat.

We are unable to take any responsibility for postal delays. All of our boxes are sent out through tracked services and we can happily provide tracking details for you should you request them. 

All items are sent out well packaged and with plenty of time to arrive prior to the requested date. Whilst we have the best intention to get orders to our customers for the requested date, we take no responsibility for any deliveries that arrive late.

Unfortunately Royal Mail is not as efficient as us and sometimes items are delayed through no fault of our own. We are unable to refund items that are delayed by Royal Mail.
